石雕：石雕群是什么

石雕群是陵前放置的石雕人、兽，古称石像生。从碑亭北的两根六角形的石柱起，至龙凤门止的千米神道两旁，整齐地排列着24只石兽和12个石人，造型生动，雕刻精细，深为游人所喜爱。其数量之多，形体之大，雕琢之精，保存之好，是古代陵园中罕见的。

   民俗专家张再勇告诉记者，石狮爷本名为石狮公，容貌确如村民所言与风狮爷有点相近，且功能也有相似之处，都可以镇风沙   他说，风狮爷形象是一步步演变而来的，跟石狮公有极大关联。最早是泰山石敢当，然后中原文化往南流传，到了南方则演变成石狮公雕塑。到了明朝中末期，翔金两地人民将石狮公再次演变成如今的风狮爷。目前，石敢当、石狮公和风狮爷在翔安都能找到。可以说，石狮公是风狮爷的原型。
